Face-to-face Interviewing

We offer coverage in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch for central location, exit survey and mall intercept projects.

At least 10% of all our interviewers work is audited. Individual interviewers have their performance assessed regularly by supervisors and managers.

We invest in training as part of our commitment to our customers to work to the highest standards.

Our highly trained interviewers carry out advertising tests regularly and efficiently either via a mall intercept or by appointment at our Head Office.

All our interviewers receive a comprehensive pre-project briefing. They undergo intensive training covering:
