Face to Face Interviewers

This is probably the most varied and challenging work we do. This on call work is ideal for people who like to be out and about talking to members of the general public from all walks of life. The team works on projects all round New Zealand. We interview customers in supermarkets, talk to people on buses and trains about their journeys and recruit a whole range of people to test products. This team can be asked to do anything from interviewing to counting the number of people entering a store.

What our people say about us

I joined Infield’s Business interviewing Team in April 2012 as a full time Supervisor. Transitioning from my old job into this one was like a breeze due to excellent support and guidance I received from everyone involved in the process. Infield helps foster atmosphere that enables its people to learn and work towards their individual development and goals. No two days are the same at infield due to the variety of projects we get to work on from time to time which warrants lots of learning for staff involved in day to day tasks. We profoundly believe in the concept of having fun at work as we think it helps encourage, engage and motivate our team, so don’t be surprised if you see us playing Chinese Whispers on a Friday. Infield’s policies and procedures ensure that its people are well looked after while at work giving them a strong sense of family environment with lots of learning, so definitely a place to be working at.

Infield has a great energy and a supportive environment.  I really love the flexibility of my working hours and the variety of projects.  I have progressed through various roles within the company, as my skills and confidence increased.  I have been involved in CATI work, recruitment and training, working on face to face project work, and also helping out with internal quality work and helping supervise staff.  A great innovative place to work and I look forward to many more challenges and opportunities ahead!
